Sending test/broadcast to a @live.com email does not work!! business is getting affected

hello, please not that sending test emails to a @live.com email does not work. the emails do not arrive in inbox nor in junk/spam folder. so I suppose that microsoft has blocked beacons? what is the solution?

Hello,
There is a free download product.
Clients getting that product are entering an automation email, but their email are not registered in the Audience database! Here - https://account.beacons.ai/audience-manager/home/audience
Please fix it.

- Have you tried sending emails to other domains (e.g., @gmail.com, @yahoo.com) and did they work?
- When did you first notice this issue with sending emails to @live.com addresses?
- Are there any error messages or bounce-back emails received when attempting to send to @live.com?
