Can you please try linking your PayPal account here (https://account.beacons.ai/account-settings/home/payments) via DESKTOP.
Also be sure to click on the blue button that says "Go back to Beacons AI inc" which is a required step for the connection to succeed. We suggest going through the connection process again and if all else fails, then you will need to speak to PayPal directly about the issue.
Please note you will also want to check your PayPal settings to make sure they are not messing with the connection. Hope this helps!

Hello magnusgroupofficial, thank you for letting us know — I understand how frustrating it is to repeat the process so many times. To better review it, where in Beacons are you trying to connect PayPal (payments/donations, store, subscriptions, or other feature)? When PayPal shows you “ready” and you return to Beacons, does it appear somewhere as connected or is it definitely still not connected (even if the button says “Connect with PayPal” again)? And finally, does it always happen to you with that same account or were you able to try another PayPal account to compare?
