For some unknown reason, every time I try to connect my “PayPal” account, the Beacons website doesn't do anything, I link it and PayPal gives me a “Done”, but when I return to Beacons, “Link your account with PayPal” still appears and no matter how much I update it stays there, it's already the seventh time that according to me “linked PayPal” and Beacons still continues “Link your PayPal account”...

Hello burradventures! I have a few more questions for you:
- What device and browser are you using when attempting to connect PayPal to Beacons?
- Have you encountered any error messages during the connection process? If so, what do they say?
- Have you tried connecting PayPal using a different network or internet connection?

Hi burradventures: Thanks for your patience here! Can you please try linking your PayPal account here: https://account.beacons.ai/account-settings/home/payments via DESKTOP.
Also be sure to click on the blue button that says "Go back to Beacons AI inc" which is a required step for the connection to succeed. We suggest going through the connection process again and if all else fails, then you will need to speak to PayPal directly about the issue.
Please note you will also want to check your PayPal settings to make sure they are not messing with the connection. Hope this helps!
