payments are not working!!

I have my account link to my Paypal and stripe but I don't know what's happening. My Stripe account is from Brazil and I was charging in US dolar. I don't know why it didn't work since I have an system.io and i charge in dolar the same way and I receive in Brasil Reais. Can you help me with that? what should I do to fix that?
PS: I change for Reais, and tried to make the payment but it didn't work as well.

- Can you provide the error message or code you received when the payment failed?
- Have you successfully made payments through your Stripe account from other platforms?
- Did you encounter any issues when linking your Stripe and Paypal accounts to our platform?

millamartins: Error code 580 is: The card number is incorrect. Check the card's number or use a different card. incorrect_zip.
Please check your card number on file on Stripe. Make sure your Zip Code is accurate as well.
