- What error message, if any, do you receive when trying to log in with PayPal?
- Have you tried using a different browser or device to log in with PayPal?
- Is your PayPal account verified and active?

Thank you for reaching out to Beacons. Can you please try linking your PayPal account here via DESKTOP: https://account.beacons.ai/account-settings/home/payments. If you continue to run into errors please send us a screen recording of this to support@beacons.ai and our team will look into this issue further.
Also be sure to click on the blue button that says "Go back to Beacons AI inc" which is a required step for the connection to succeed. We suggest going through the connection process again and if all else fails, then you will need to speak to PayPal directly about the issue.
Please note you will also want to check your PayPal settings to make sure they are not messing with the connection. Hope this helps!
