Hi hussler! Can you please try linking your PayPal account here (https://account.beacons.ai/account-settings/home/payments) via DESKTOP.
Also be sure to click on the blue button that says "Go back to Beacons AI inc" which is a required step for the connection to succeed. We suggest going through the connection process again and if all else fails, then you will need to speak to PayPal directly about the issue.
Please note you will also want to check your PayPal settings to make sure they are not messing with the connection. Hope this helps!

Hi hussler — a couple quick questions so we can narrow this down: when you get redirected back to Beacons from PayPal, do you ever see a “connected” confirmation, or does it go straight back to the “connect payment method” message? Also, which Beacons feature are you trying to get paid through (tips/donations, selling products, invoices, etc.)—and where exactly are you seeing that prompt? Lastly, has this happened every time you’ve tried connecting PayPal, or did it work before and only recently started doing this?
