I recently upgraded my account with you so I could create more than 5 emails in my automation. But I am having trouble creating a new email. After the window opens to give me the choice to "Start from scratch", I click on it but it will not open. I have to click on one of the Preview Templates provided, delete all the blocks in order to create my email. Is this an on going problem? I have already closed out my browser and opened a new one. I also tried restarting my Chromebook but the problem persists. Please respond quickly. For the time being I will use my work around. It is just tedious to have to do that in order to create a new email for my automation.
