- Have you tried accessing your store from different devices or browsers to see if Klarna appears?
- Is there any error message displayed when you try to enable Klarna on your store?
- Can you confirm if other payment methods are working correctly on your store?

Please note, at Beacons checkout, we can only show customers certain payment methods based on the customer's country location, your business location, and the currency of the item. These are all factors in which BNPL options are shown at checkout, these are controlled by Klarna and Afterpay based on their restrictions.
