I am not able to see the email marketing live activity or anything. I can't see how many people open my emails, I can't see when they are opening it, and my deliverability score went from 72% to 14% in a matter of two emails being sent out? Something is wrong. Please look into this and fix it ASAP.

Hi anjhustles — sorry about the trouble here. A couple quick questions so we can narrow this down: when did you first notice Live Activity/open tracking wasn’t showing (was it right after those last two sends, or had it been missing before)? Is this happening across all recent campaigns or only certain emails? And in Live Activity, what exactly are you expecting to see right now (e.g., real-time opens for the most recent send) — are any other analytics metrics still updating normally?
