I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I encountered after purchasing a $10 subscription that was supposed to grant me access to a custom domain.
After the payment was successfully deducted from my card, I attempted to select my custom nickname. However, I received an error message that prevented me from proceeding. I tried several times, suspecting it might be a temporary glitch on the site. Later, I decided to wait and try again. Unfortunately, I noticed that additional funds were deducted from my card.
As I have already paid for the subscription and encountered this issue, I kindly request a refund for the extra deduction. Additionally, I would appreciate your help in resolving the problem with accessing my custom domain, as this feature is included in the subscription I purchased.
