Email Marketing Issues This makes the email functionality unusable!

1st issue: Automations are misconfigured. Subscribers do not receive new emails added to the automation. Therefore, it is pointless to add new emails to the automation, as subscribers do not receive them and stop at the last email. A misconfiguration likely removes subscribers from the automation when they should remain active to receive upcoming emails.
2nd issue: The name displayed in the emails as the sender is not professional:
…..@my.beacons.email
I have set up my first and last name, but they do not appear as the sender’s name.
3rd issue: Emails are landing in the spam folder, which is a major problem. Nothing has been done to optimize email deliverability.
New suggestion: Integration with Zapier to connect Beacons with ConvertKit. The connection should not only be for the newsletter, but also for products, to send emails to new customers who download or purchase our products.
This way, ConvertKit will be able to receive not just contacts from newsletter sign-ups, but also those who purchase or download products for free.
This would open up more email marketing solution possibilities.

Hey Thibault Masset + skincoach!
Thank you for reaching out and for the detailed feedback! Let's dive into each of your points:
- Automation Configuration Issue:
Can you clarify where you’re adding users to your automation? This will help us better understand where things might be going awry.
- Sender Name Customization:
If you'd like a more professional sender email address, you can authenticate your domain in your Beacons account! This will allow you to display a custom email (like yourusername@yourdomain.com) as the sender, instead of the default "my.beacons.email."
- Deliverability Challenges:
Email deliverability is indeed complex, with filters varying across Gmail, Yahoo, and other providers, each of which tracks your "Sender Reputation Score" (kind of like a credit score for email). New accounts often start with a low score, and inbox providers may initially send messages to spam until there’s a history of positive engagement.
The good news? Beacons offers several tools to improve this score. A good starting point is setting up an effective welcome flow, which we outline here:https://help.beacons.ai/en/articles/9656219-why-a-welcome-email-is-important-for-creators-and-how-to-not-suck-at-it

- Regarding the sender's name issue, could you clarify how you would like your name to be displayed in the emails?
- Could you provide more information about the email deliverability issue? Are there any specific patterns or types of emails that are more likely to end up in the spam folder?
- Could you elaborate on how you envision the integration with Zapier and ConvertKit working? What specific functionalities are you looking for in this integration?
