Email group by product issue

I'm trying to create a group to send an email to, it's for a digital product waitlist. But when I filter by 'waitlist' it's only showing 240 members instead of the 300 people that are on the waitlist...and it doesn't seem like there's any other way to contact the people who have signed up? I need to email them asap with their early access link for the product launch.

Hi Shannon O'Neil, thanks for flagging this — totally understand the urgency if you’re trying to get early access links out ASAP. That mismatch between the waitlist count (300) and what’s showing in the filter (240) doesn’t sound right.
