Thanks for reporting this to us. Can you tell us more about the specific error / issue you're running into when trying to change your URL? Please reach out to support@beacons.ai with a screenshot or screen recording so we can follow along and check what's going on.

In the meantime, we're happy to guide you through changing your Beacons username, which in turn would change your URL!

Login to your Beacons account here.

Go to your Account Settings.

Click on the "Change" button next to your username.

Change your name, and click save.

If you get an error message, that means the username is already taken and you need to select a different username.

Thanks for posting, wildrosecollective! When you try to switch your Beacons URL from “beautifulone70” to “wildrosecollective,” what happens on your end—do you get an error message, or does it just not save? Also, are you trying to update your main Beacons username/link (beacons.ai/…), or a different URL on your page (like a social link or custom domain)? And lastly, has “wildrosecollective” ever been used before (by you or another account), or is it totally new?
