Hi digitaldinakay: Your transactions seem to have been marked by Stripe for fraudulent activity so we recommend checking internally within Stripe to make sure to add another card on file!
You can adjust/update your payment method by following these steps:
Login to your Beacons account
Click on Account Settings
Click on the Billing Tab
Next to your form of payment, please click on Edit and proceed to update your Card information here.
Suggestion: Add a back-up card so that you will not lose your subscription in the future!
As for our side, we've marked you as safe. Go ahead and try updating your payment again! Thank you for being a Beacons user, if we can do anything else to make Beacons better for you please let us know.

Hello digitaldinakay — sorry about the trouble here. When you try to save the new card, what do you see on your end (any error message, or does it look like it saves and then switches back)? Also, are you updating the payment method on an existing subscription, or adding the card as part of upgrading? And lastly, is this preventing the upgrade from going through entirely, or does the upgrade work but the card info doesn’t update?
