Automated workflow for welcome email not working

Hi team, I have managed to set up the Welcome email automated workflow after 2hrs of the page loading. For some reason, today I can only see that 2 emails had been sent out whilst I got an additional 8 subscribers to the list since the activation. Could you please help double-check what may be causing the issue? This is frustrating, i'm not sure if i can trust the system now as it feels very buggy. I just paid $100 for the annual membership and it's not the service i expected.

Hey! We were able to receive the welcome email during our test. Please note that you have sent 5, but only 3 have been delivered (meaning 2 of them might have misspelled their email addresses, your email went to spam, or your email bounced in their inbox. - Can you provide the exact time and date when you noticed the issue with the automated workflow?
- Did you receive any error messages or notifications related to the automated workflow?
- Can you share more details about the subscribers who did not receive the welcome email? For example, when they subscribed, their email service provider, etc.
