Appointments not working

Hi team,
I've created two types of appointments and none is working. My clients can't book a call because the calendar options say that there is any slot available. I've resynced my google account, I have added zoom as an option, I have reviewed every single aspect of the backend set up, but nothing seems to make this work.
Could you please review this feature or explain to me what is possibly blocking this from working?

- What type of appointments have you created (e.g., one-on-one, group sessions)?
- Have you tried using a different browser or device to see if the issue persists?
- Are there any error messages displayed when attempting to book an appointment?

You can either disconnect and re-configure your Google Calendar to your appointment (https://help.beacons.ai/en/articles/8599415-how-to-check-multiple-google-calendars-for-booking-conflicts) and/or manually changing this from within your products "Availability" section, under "Schedule".
We also recommend trying via Safari and to clear your cache!
