App won’t work and neither will link in bio

When you say “nothing is working,” can you clarify which exact parts are failing (logging in, opening your Beacons page, editing your link-in-bio, or visitors trying to open your link-in-bio)? Also, what specific error message(s) are you seeing and where do they show up (in the app, on the web dashboard, or when someone opens your link-in-bio page)? Lastly, is this only impacting your account/link, or are other people also unable to open your link-in-bio from their devices?
