Analytics

I originally emailed about this issue over a year ago, and it’s still unresolved. My analytics are not matching up accurately, which makes it very difficult to trust the numbers being reported.
Specifically:
My gross sales amount shows one total, but when I manually calculate certain weeks and months, the numbers do not align.
I cannot tell if affiliate sales are included in the gross sales calculation or not.
I am unsure if deleting products removes or alters past sales analytics.
Right now, I have three completely different gross totals of how much I’ve made. This has left me very confused and unable to rely on the platform’s data. I was told this issue was being worked on, but over a year later it is still inaccurate.
This is especially important because I need to provide precise sales totals to the IRS for tax filing purposes. Having inaccurate or conflicting numbers is not acceptable when it comes to business reporting and compliance.
Please clarify:
How gross sales are being calculated (and whether affiliates or deleted products impact totals).
Whether there is an update or timeline for fixing these analytics discrepancies.
Thank you for your time, I really need this resolved as soon as possible.

Hiya anjhustles, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide specific examples or screenshots of the discrepancies in your analytics?
- Have you noticed any patterns or specific timeframes when the discrepancies occur?
- Are there any other features or reports in the platform that you find inaccurate or unreliable?
