It would be amazing to add a follow up email trigger (optional) to send X number of days after someone makes a purchase from the store, to request a review of the product. This way, they've had a chance to use the product, and may be more inclined to share feedback. Otherwise, the email confirmation asks them to leave a review, when they may not have used the product yet, and are likely to forget to come back.
