Bring back where we can customize the emails that get sent out when someone purchases our product.

I am not sure what happened to this feature, but it poses a considerable problem. Is it somewhere else and I am just missing it? I have to send a specific email along with the product files and URLs so people know what to do after they purchase. All that is there when someone purchases a product is a huge thank you for purchasing things and the product URL. then a place to leave feedback. This really needs to be fixed ASAP.

The email receipt section was removed from the product creation sections and it would be so helpful if that section can be added again. I am struggling to find my custom email receipts after that section disappeared

Every single product needs a customized email receipt. Every one. In fact, it took a lot of time to write out those emails and now they are just gone.
One product actually requires instructions be sent along with the receipt so I am surprised you have t fixed this already with how many people you have on your platform that sell this product as well
No, I pay for the creator pro specifically because I can do unlimited emails.
Stan store allows you to have complete customization over your email receipts and I feel like you should consider doing the same.

I left the same feedback! I am so irritated right now, to be honest. I sell DWA, and they need to receive specific instructions on how to access it. Now, I have to create an entirely new email automation, and it's landing in promotion. its also entirely confusing. I hope they fix this soon.

I want to be able to fully customize the email my clients receive when they download my digital product. Unfortunately, as part of your setup flow I'm forced to used one that doesn't allow me to customize the subject line, the header and several other aspects. Just create a toggle so I don't HAVE TO use this and can create one using your other email automations.

Just noticed that the success email on each product has disappeared.
Could you please fix this as this is an important part? All of my product have a different message, some with special bonuses, others explaining how to proceed from there.

3.For every purchase made the customer will receive an automatic email with all the details in one email including the access link to the product.

I also require email receipt. I had crafted an engaging email for every product with empowerment and encouragement and beacons standards enail receipt that is sent out in my opinion does not live up to high standards. Tgey have not even received the product, looked at it and already the email asking for a review - way too sales. And in my line of work I do not want
With enail receipts the review could be scheduled for the amount of days after we would want and also craft a great request a review too. Please bring back!
To have it taken away no notice was also not good! I’ve had to spendhours creating pdf to put in every product about cannot stop or edit the generic not good beacons email. Not a happy customer !

The other thing I’ve observed is my thumbnail pictures are now no longer showing when I share? Why? Too many glitches with beacons at mo sadly affecting my offerings

Jacob Choi-Durham, hey, thank you for getting back to me.
I noticed it yesterday, when I was adding a new product to my store. I also noticed there were some updates made in a few sections of my beacons account (visual updates & some rearranges - so sorry, can't recall what specifically changed). Some other creators selling Inner Bloom through Beacons have complained about having the same issue.
Regarding the products affected, honestly, all of them are important, except the affiliate ones, but the more important ones are the higher price ones (from $97 up). These have specific offer or links important so people can access the setup videos or "what to do from here" info.
