Add more social icons to my Link in Bio header (such as Lemon8, iVoox, XBOX, Kick, Mastodon, DeviantArt, Quora, Behance, Mercari, Etsy, Ebay, Poshmark, etc.)

FreshCuts is a newer platform for content creators to post videos on (similar to tiktok) but with more rewards…. Would love to be able to add their logo as an icon in header so fits in with other social media icons… lots gaming people and others are heading to FreshCuts and it’s massively growing and would be great to have beacons and FreshCut work together

In the Social Icons section there are some popular Platforms that are missing from the dropdown. Both, Ko-Fi and Buymeacoffee are two very popular tipping platforms used by creators. Venmo and Cashapp are usually not used by creators, which, unfortunately, are the only Platforms you can choose from the dropdown. Adding at least one creator tip link would be beneficial to the vast number of content creators using Beacons.

Hello Jacob Choi-Durham,
- The main feature used by creators on the Ko-Fi and Buymeacoffee platforms is the ability for fans to Tip the creators, however the ability to setup recurring payments is also something that creators will typically use as an alternative to platforms like Patreon.
- None that I can think of at the moment, although the internet is constantly evolving.
- I've never heard of creators using Venmo or Cashapp but I have heard many times creators linking their Ko-Fi or Buymeacoffee pages for Tips. Venmo and Cashapp are usually used for personal reasons (ie. my friend from school sends me $10 for their share of the pizza we bought). Alternatively, Ko-Fi and Buymeacoffee, are almost exclusively used for non-personal reasons (ie. this creator I love watching has provided me with a lot of value and I want to give back to them as a result). Since Ko-Fi and Buymeacoffee are the 2 platforms I hear about most when it comes to creators collecting tips from viewers, I thought it would be beneficial to include them as well so those that are creators can include those without needing to add a link block.

A Lemon 8 Social Icon and just having Lemon 8 available to integrate would be great. It's an app a lot of creators use and it would be great to have the icon on the link in bio.

Jacob Choi-Durham hi Jacob, I plan to use it daily and in place of Instagram for now. If not an integration then at least the social icon. If there can be an integration piece then a feed or latest post feature would be great. I don't think I would need notifications or updates within Beacons.
