Want sound on imported video for Websites

I'm almost ready to upgrade to a paid account and link my url to the site but
my intro video (imported) has no sound and no play/pause button...
I need at least the audio. I'm open to a workaround in the meantime you fix this...
please let me know

We actually do not have the functionality for our videos to play sound/pause button. This was actually created to make high resolution gifs and videos to add to the aesthetic of a website. (not the functionality of a video).
You can use our YouTube video block to play actual videos.
Our website product is fairly new, so, much to work on! Thank you for your feedback :)
